Meet the Maker
Hi, I’m Kristen, and this is my family!
That handsome man you see there is my better half, Jamie. And those two little guys are Easton and Silas, who I affectionately refer to as my Little Loves. They are the center of my world, and being their mama is my greatest joy in life.
A bit about me and my background- I am a massage therapist by trade, and began working in a chiropractic wellness center in 2009. I learned so much, and marveled at the organic approaches to health I was exposed to. I dove deep into all things natural, and grew to become extremely passionate about holistic health over the course of 12 years I worked within this office.
Just a few days after the birth of our first son, Jamie got sick. I needed something natural to support our immune systems, and we tried Elderberry Syrup for the first time. Jamie quickly recovered, and I stayed well! Over the course of the next few months I began reading and learning about the benefits of Elderberry Syrup. I tried quite a few brands, but I wasn’t completely happy with them either due to taste or their less than ideal ingredients. So, I got to work. I started researching and sampling berries and herbs from multiple farmers and distributors within the US and beyond. I toyed with dozens of formulations and spent the next few years tweaking my recipe until it was just right. What I landed on was a syrup that is beneficial, tasted delicious, and most importantly- worked!
In 2020, with a lot of extra time at home, I decided to take the leap and brought Little Loves Organics into fruition!
I personally brew every batch in a licensed commercial kitchen, and my entire process of making the syrup has been inspected and approved by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture.
You’ll never find any additives, preservatives or thickeners in my syrup. Every ingredient is intentionally chosen, and comes with a USDA organic certification. I won’t cut corners with costs or sacrifice benefits, the very same syrup I make for you is what I give to my own family!
I hope that you’ll join me on this path to better health. I wish you well, and can’t wait to serve you!
